Enhancements and bug fixes:
- Made some minor changes to the timing for moves and combo set breaks. Time allowed for Punches, Kicks and Knees/Elbows were increased a bit and the combo set breaks were shortened.

- Landscape mode for larger screen. Includes moves and combo counters.
- Enhanced moves selection (can now specify NONE, SOME or MORE for each move type – punches always set to MORE).
- Enabled SOUTHPAW mode. Select in Configuration | Stance.

- Fixed issues with combo audio skipping and clipping.
- Enabled screen stay on for Android browsers (Chrome, Samsung, Opera). For iOS and other browsers, see workaround here.
